I’m not sure, it’s just something I’ve always wanted since I started cooking at 12. So I've been scoping for opportunities since then. I just never thought it would be now. I’ve sort of anticipated it to be a retirement thing. But I understand now that owning a restaurant means that you’ll never really retire. Haha
